Jeff’s clinics are a great place for riders of all ability levels to work with their own horses, learn to solve problems safely and improve their horsemanship skills. Jeff conducts clinics in his home state of Montana for part of the year, including a 7-day adult ranch clinic, and a hands-on youth ranch clinic. The youth ranch clinic is held in conjunction with Driftwood Stables in Northfield, NH. For information and registration contact Rob or Bri Gallo at 603-731-8673.
In the spring and in the fall, Jeff travels the country presenting clinics. If there is not already a clinic scheduled in your area, and you are interested in hosting a clinic please contact Jeff.
Groundwork/Colt
Class
Jeff's Groundwork/Colt Class was specifically designed to improve
communication between horse and rider, teaching participants to
safely solve a multitude of problems from the ground. It is ideal
for starting young horses or going back to basics with a horse
that is not performing as the owner would like. This class provides
riders of any level an opportunity to improve communication with
their horse, and establish a solid foundation on which to build.
Horsemanship
Class
The Horsemanship Class will begin with groundwork and progress
quickly to working under saddle. Participants will learn to communicate
with their horse in a way that the horse can understand
developing a more secure, confident, relaxed, and supple horse.
The Horsemanship class is open to horses and riders at any level,
in any discipline, who want to build a better relationship with
their horse.
Note:
At some of Jeffs clinics there is an opportunity to have
Jeff or a member of his staff work with or ride your horse for
you. There is an additional fee for this service. Please check
with the individual clinic host to see if this option is available.
